Participant-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled service receive full refund or credit
• Cancellations between 48-72 hours receive 50% refund or full credit toward future services
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may receive partial credit at our discretion
• Emergency circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling

We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible, subject to instructor availability. Requests should be made as early as possible to facilitate rebooking.

Our Cancellations

In rare cases where we must cancel a scheduled service due to instructor illness, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive full refund or priority rescheduling at your preference.

Participant Responsibilities
